How is VPS different from web hosting?+
A VPS gives you a separate server environment with dedicated resources and Root access. You install and configure the software your project needs.
Is server administration included?+
The plans are designed for self-managed VPS use. Support assists with service availability, while installation and maintenance of your software remain under your control.
How often are VPS backups created?+
VPS backups are created approximately once a week and store a complete virtual-machine image. If you need more frequent backups, you can additionally configure them inside the VPS.
Can I switch plans or add resources?+
Switching the current VPS to another plan and adding resources is not currently available. Choose a package with enough headroom for future workloads.
Which operating system can I install?+
You can choose an available Linux distribution and install your own software in accordance with the acceptable-use rules.
What network resources are included?+
Every VPS includes one dedicated IPv4 address, IPv6 support, the monthly traffic allowance of the selected plan and a port up to 1 Gbit/s.
