Will my website go offline?+
We create and test a copy first, then switch DNS after approval. Most visitors will not notice the move.
What is included for free?+
Every web hosting and WordPress hosting package includes the standard migration of one website, its database and basic mail settings. Migration for Domain Start and Domain Start Plus is charged separately. Complex configurations are also quoted individually.
How long does it take?+
A typical site can be moved within one business day after access is provided. Large stores and mail-heavy projects may need longer.
Why should I not send a password here?+
A regular email request is not suitable for secrets. We provide a secure way to share temporary access after contact.
