Abuse handling procedure

How to report abuse, what evidence is required and what actions AllWebNames may take.

AllWebNames accepts substantiated reports involving domains, DNS, hosting and other services. A report does not trigger automatic suspension: we first verify the facts, the resource’s relationship to our services and the completeness of the information.

Reports we accept

  • phishing, fraud and credential theft;
  • malware, botnets and dangerous downloads;
  • spam and unsolicited bulk messages;
  • illegal or prohibited content;
  • child sexual abuse material (CSAM);
  • copyright or trademark infringement;
  • domain, DNS or infrastructure abuse.

Information required

Provide the exact domain, IP or URL, discovery time, a factual description, safe evidence links and a contact email. Intellectual-property reports should explain the reporter’s rights.

CSAM. Do not upload, copy or forward illegal material. Provide only the URL and factual circumstances. If a child is in immediate danger, contact local law enforcement.

Review and action

  1. The report is registered and receives a reference number.
  2. We verify the resource’s relationship to AllWebNames services.
  3. We may request clarification.
  4. Depending on the facts, a service may be restricted and information may be shared with competent authorities.

Timing depends on risk, category and completeness. Immediate security threats receive priority. Knowingly false or automated reports may be rejected.
